We are pleased to provide information to potential landlords and tenants, as there are many rules and guidelines that have to be followed.
It is often the case that clients who are relocating want to investigate and settle into an area before purchasing, ensuring that the rental market remains buoyant, with a constant demand for suitable properties and tenants alike.
We can either act for you as an introductory agent charging a one off fee, finding a tenant and taking out necessary references or alternatively, we can act as a Managing Agent and look after the property on your behalf, for an agreed monthly fee.
