Edward Gallimore is a Chartered Surveyor and Estate Agent who has practised in Tenbury Wells for over 30 years, opening his own office in 1988. Edward has built up a strong and loyal client base with unrivalled knowledge of the beautiful Teme Valley and surrounding areas.

Richard Franklin - Consultant

Richard is a life long Tenbury Wells resident and an experienced Chartered Surveyor who has worked for more than 20 years in both public and private practices throughtout the West Midlands.

He brings development, commercial property, professional and valuation expertise and will combine these skills to work alongside Edward Gallimore, Angela Millichip and Maria Celton.

He has a complete understanding of our market and will help to expand the residential and commercial services that we provide to our clients.

Richard is also a Regional Spokesman for the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and in his capacity provides commentary on the property market for both TV and radio.

She has also spent many years in the legal profession proving very useful in helping clients understand how the buying and selling process works, the stages involved and the laws relating to applicable matters.
